Sausage Making Kit
My first attempt at making sausage far exceeded my expectations. I'm originally from Wisconsin, where the local sausage is as famous as the cheese, so my standards are high. I got the cracked pepper and garlic, and was very satisfied with the flavor of the finished product. I did add a tablespoon each of crushed red pepper and mustard seeds, and will certainly add them in future batches.
