Make perfect jerky every time with this Jerky Board and Knife Set. It includes a double-sided cutting board made of select hardwood. One side is made for cutting 1⁄4"-thick strips, and the other side for cutting 3⁄8"- thick strips. The custom-crafted hollow-ground knife is razor sharp. It comes with an insert for delicate meat cuts and easy vegetable slicing. Also included is a FREE packet of High Mountain Original Blend Jerky Cure and Seasoning, and a FREE 10-oz. shaker bottle of Western Sizzle Steak Seasoning.
