    lael,

We’re glad you got a kick out of the recipe…share it with some of your friends 🙂 We hope you enjoy both recipes, please come back and leave a review to let the next person know what you really thought. In regards to liquid smoke, use anywhere between 2 and 3 ounces.

If I don’t own a dehydrator, can an oven be used for all of these recipes?

  4. by JerkyRecipes

    Thanks for the question Joe,

The short answer is yes, but the use of an oven to dehydrate requires more attention and time because the moisture levels inside the oven must be constantly monitored. Good luck with whatever jerky recipe you choose and please return to let us know how it turned out, we’d love to hear from you.
