Flavorful Fish Jerky Recipe

alaska smokehouse peppered garlic salmon jerky Flavorful Fish Jerky Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. salt
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • curing salt

Directions:

  1. Slice fish into strips.
  2. Let marinate and cure for an hour.
  3. Lay out in dehydrator racks or on top of foil in the oven on the lowest temperature. Check periodically and cook to preference. Enjoy!

    No need to cook, but how much curing salt?
