Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of Rabbit (or any meat type)
- 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup of Soy sauce
- 2/3 teaspoon of pepper
- 2/3 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of Accent
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of seasoned salt
Directions:
- Debone and cut meat into strips, trimming as much fat as you can.
- Combine ingredients to make your marinade.
- Cover meat and let marinate overnight in the fridge, covered up, turning if necessary.
- Lay strips on oven rack (with or without foil) at 150 degrees for 5-10 hours depending on your preference. **Remember, you’ll need something to catch the drippings off the meat and leave the door ajar for ventilation. Enjoy!
