Beef Sticks Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of ground beef (or any meat type)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke
  • 3 tablespoons of tenderizer

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Form into 4 sticks and place in refrigerator, uncovered, for 24 hours.
  3. Bake on wire rack so grease can drip down, for 60 minutes at 300 degrees.
