Shipping Information
1. How long will it take for me to receive my products?
BeefJerkyRecipes.com typically ships all orders within 48 hours of it being placed unless special requirements are needed or inventory levels require additional lead time. Note that shipping is done Monday through Friday and not on the weekends.

Once shipped, please allow at least 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

2. What are my options when my tracking number says delivered, yet I never received?
BeefJerkyRecipes.com only ships to the address you provided during checkout, if for any reason an error was made by the customer at this time, the customer would be responsible for any charges associated with re-shipping that package.
If your order was shipped to the correct address and your tracking number indicates that it was delivered, then BeefJerkyRecipes.com can only assume that it was. Once packages are shipped from our facility they are no longer the responsibilty of BeefJerkyRecipes.com and any subsequent issues must be taken up with the postal carrier that was used.
