Flavorful Fish Jerky Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3/4 c. salt
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- curing salt
Directions:
- Slice fish into strips.
- Let marinate and cure for an hour.
- Lay out in dehydrator racks or on top of foil in the oven on the lowest temperature. Check periodically and cook to preference. Enjoy!
