Ingredients:
- 1 Tb. liquid smoke
- 1 Tb. onion powder
- 2 Tb. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. mesquite flavored liquid
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 lb. turkey (or any meat type)
Directions:
- In a ziploc bag, combine ingredients and shake well before adding meat.
- Add meat and let sit in the frige for 12-20 hours or overnight.
- Remove and pat off excess marinade.
- Place strips on dehydrator racks. Dehydrate until jerky is leathery but won’t snap went bent. Enjoy!

- 1 lb. venison roast (or any meat type)
- 1 Tb. ketchup
- 2 Tb. liquid smoke
- 4 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tb. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Cutting the meat into 1″ wide and 1/8″ thick strips, be sure and trim all fat.
- In a ziploc, mix ingredients.
- Dump in the meat, close and shake up coating each piece.
- Refrigerate overnight but move the bag/marinade around occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees and lay out strips on foil without touching and dry out anywhere from 6-8 hours, or to your preference, with the oven door propped open for ventilation. Enjoy!

- 1 1/2 tsp. barbeque seasoning
- 2 tsp. MSG
- 2 tsp. hickory liquid smoke
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. curing salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Slice meat and mix ingredients.
- Coat meat, cover and let sit in the fridge over night.
- Remove and blot off excess marinade.
- Line dehydrator racks with meat, without touching, and dry jerky to your preference or, if you need help, according to your dehydrator’s instructions. Enjoy!

- black pepper – to taste
Directions:
- Cut into strips.
- Sprinkle each side of strips of with salt and pepper.
