Ingredients:
- 1 pound of meat
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 large garlic cloves – crushed
Directions:
- After firming meat in the freezer for about half an hour, trim fat and slice into strips about 1/4″ – 1/8″ thick.
- Mix ingredients and let meat marinate in fridge for a few hours.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 12 hours or until jerky is bendable without breaking but being too chewy. Enjoy!
